Adding enableWLB via command db2cli writcfg add -dsn <alias> -parameter "enableWLB=true"

As discussed in PMR 01458,999,724 adding enableWLB parameter with "db2cli writecfg add..." is a known limitation.Could you please remove this limitation. Workaround is to edit XML-file db2dsdriver.cfg manually.
