Adding enableWLB via command db2cli writcfg add -dsn <alias> -parameter "enableWLB=true"

As discussed in PMR 01458,999,724 adding enableWLB parameter with "db2cli writecfg add..." is a known limitation.
Could you please remove this limitation. Workaround is to edit XML-file db2dsdriver.cfg manually.

Why is it useful?
Who would benefit from this IDEA? All users of db2dsdriver.cfg.
How should it work?

The command

db2cli writcfg add -dsn <alias> -parameter "enableWLB=true"

should correctly add the parameter to db2dsdriver.cfg.

This is much easier than updating XML-file db2dsdriver.cfg manually.

Idea Priority Medium
Priority Justification Needed for updating of db2dsdriver.cfg files on workstations in our company. Simply replacing db2dsdriver.cfg on a workstation with a new one is not possible.
