Allow display of more than 50 governance artifacts

When we list the governance artifacts (e.g. data classes), it only shows the first 50 itens of the list and gives us the option to show the next 50 ones. We need it to show different subsets of itens (e.g. show 20 or 50 or 100 or x itens per page).
