Customers would benefit if ZAI/Spark residual directory and temporary file cleanup process go after the directory specified in TMPDIR environment variable instead of arbitrarily going to $ZAIHOME/tmp directory.

Our installation ran into an issue with the temprary files created by ZAI filling up /tmp directory. All users of ZAI would benefit from this flexibility to specify our own location in TMPDIR environment variable for the cleanup process.
