Report sharing functionality

Description of Request from customer:

""We currently have 100 Advanced Business Authors and end September
we're going to add additional 50 Business Intelligence Users. This will
provide 150 users with content creation capabilities. The purpose of
the 150 users is to enable the entire management layer of the
organization with analytical capabilities.

So far we have our environment have been ""locked down"" from a security
point of view meaning that users only have been allowed to save (and
share) content within their own organizational context.

We have recently had an increasing number of requests on how to share
content with other users outside one's own organizational context.

To support the sharing of content an area with read/write capabilities
must be created. In this area users can save and share content outside
their organizational structure.

The problem with this solution becomes apparent when looking at the
type of content the users share. It is often ad-hoc analysis created
in Analysis Studio content created in IBM Cognos Workspace Advanced or
even small dashboards from IBM Cognos Workspace.

This type of sharing of and cooperation on ad-hoc content is
supporting the initial phase of the report lifecycle.

The majority of this content is created shared evaluate to
eventually being discarded by the users. The problem arises when the
content isn't deleted.
From an administrative point of view it's and nearly impossible task to
determine when content in the shared folder is obsolete or when it is
actual in use.

To handle the sharing of ad-hoc created content a new functionality of
sharing content should be introduced.

The solution could be separated in steps.

1. Sharing from within content creation module
2. Selecting the recipient(s) to shared content
3. Receiving the shared content""
