RDS on SQL Server support for Cognos Controller

We plan to upgrade Cognos Controller from 10.3 to 10.4.2 as version 10.3 is reaching its EOL. For this upgrade, on Database side we look for option to go with AWS RDS for SQL server.

I have logged a case TS005705990 to check if RDS SQL DB is supported or not since there are some limitation compared to use on-prem SQL DB. We are informed that as of now RDS is not supported. We are also suggested to raise new enhancement request for this matter

May i check if any possibility we use AWS RDS on SQL server as our DB to run Cognos Controller?
