Reload View button in Cube Viewer

In Cube Viewer, add the button called "Reload View" as found in Architect\Perspectives. This is helpful when a user drags dimensions around so they can return to the original state of the view.

Planning Analytics Workspace - Ability to change paper format and orientation for PDF report

PAW should allow end users to control the paper format and orientation of PDF reports. In CA there is an option for end users to choose the paper size and the orientation of the PDF output. IBM should modify PAW to have a similar function.
