Auto adjust of rows and columns width on enable word wrap

most occasions business wants to review the balances of P&L and want to explain the variances. this becomes extremely difficult in the pre- PAW 79 version as long comments are difficult to view. as PAW 79 has introduced word wrap it is expected by business that on enabling wrap text the row and column width adjust automatically.
