More than 80% of our data consist of LOB data. In case of drop recovery we depend on utilities such as DSN1COPY. Without this feature provided DSN1COPY cannot be used for drop recovery when we have to use a LOB INLINE COPY as input.

Customers would benefit if ZAI/Spark residual directory and temporary file cleanup process go after the directory specified in TMPDIR environment variable instead of arbitrarily going to $ZAIHOME/tmp directory.

Our installation ran into an issue with the temprary files created by ZAI filling up /tmp directory. All users of ZAI would benefit from this flexibility to specify our own location in TMPDIR environment variable for the cleanup process.
