WEX Analytical support for FileNet Containers.

For WEX (Watson Explorer Analytical), there are a set of applications required to enable communication between WEX and FileNet. On the WEX side, we install CPE Client. On the FileNet side, we install a war file (esp8services.war) on Websphere “ES P8 Services.” It lives on the same JVM as the CPE engine. This WAR file allows the WEX client to access the CPE backend and lookup the user groups.

With FileNet moving to containers, we can still install the needed CPE Client on the WEX servers but lose the ability to pull FileNet user groups and only shows stats / documents that match the end user's security. This is an essential need as we have FileNet collections that encompass multiple doc classes and users have different security access to the documents. (1 group sees 1 doc class, the elevated group sees 2 doc classes.)

Without the feature, we would lose document security.
