Include a pre-provisioned Object storage included in instance and allow this storage to be growable for a fee.

When you provision a SaaS instance of watsonx.data, a default S3/COS/?? 400GB storage should be included and configured with the instance for ease of use. This storage should be growable from to as much as they want for additional fee.
