Auto create table or prompt tp create tables based on content in object storage bucket.

Add a function to crawl configured buckets for files which can be configured or registered as an available table and surface these as a task to approve or reject.   The crawler will be smart enough to understand the connector/catalog type and what can be automatically added if desired.  Examples: I have a bucket with 5 parquet files.  Let the crawler find these and surface a task to add the new table to the connector/catalog and push metadata to hive metastore.   Same bucket, I have 3 CSV files,  can we surface a task to be able to create a table from the CSV.  Today, if this were HIVE, then all could be added as tables if the DBA desired.  If Iceberg, then only the Parquet files would be added.
