Setup a configuration option to hide the connections popup the overview page

I prefer to hand code my connectivity, so I don't need the connections form at all. It keeps popping up and I have to keep closing it, which is really frustrating. Please allow me to configure it to always be hidden.

Integrate Eclipse CHE so we can develop data pipelines in scala much easier
