Add Informix Sample Datasources for Cognos 11 Samples

Cognos Analytics / 11 currently only provides sample data for SQLServer, DB2 and Oracle. Since the ready-to-run version of CA runs its Content Store in an Informix Database it would be useful to be able to run the samples in it as well.
