TM1 Web should have the same set editor as PAW

As we have multiple templates built in TM1 Perspectives and presented in PAW, those templates ultimately use the TM1 Web set editor which is different than the set editor presented in PAW. For consistency, the set editor should match.

Personal folder should have 1 person icon to be consistent with TM1 standards for private objects.

From PAW the private folder has no icon and the shared folder has an icon showing 1 person. This is inconsistent with TM1 and how private objects are indicated i.e. a single person in the icon for a view, subset.
