Event Studio: change the left/right scroll arrows to move an entire task, not a teeny bit at a time

while editing an agent, author can scroll tasks via the right and left scroll buttons. The problem it takes about 3 clicks to reveal just one task. Change the horizontal movement to be 1 click moves one whole task.
