CDC support for replication from SQL Server 2017 on Linux

We use IBM Data Replication (CDC) to replicate data from SQL Server. We would like to move SQL Server to Linux but CDC only supports SQL Server on Windows. CDC should support replicating data from SQL Server 2017 on Linux.

Cross Track from Cognos report should open in a tab in the OpenPages UI

When using cross track from a Cognos report to an OpenPages object it opens in a new browser window. This is very confusing for the user. Instead, it should open as a tab in the OpenPages interface, in the same browser tab.
