We would like to be able to set global, personal, and project defaults for data rules. Project-level defaults would be highest priority. This should include output tables, sampling etc. This would make rule creation more efficient and consistent.

Sometimes tables are too big that the allocated temporary dbspaces are not enough and AUS fails updating statistics in high mode. The temporary dbspaces are sufficient under normal use so adding more space to temporary dspaces is not ideal.
