WCA4Z COA should scan for //JOBLIB in JCL and use it instead of //STEPLIB to pickup profiler load module

Some of the JCL will have many steps and the user have to modify ever single step for profiler load module. If we can able to add profiler load module PDS in //JOBLIB then it will avoid coding //STEPLIB in multiple places inside the JCL

WCA4z ADDI to be a real-time snapshot

BBVA wanted the code in ADDI to be a real-time snapshot, or almost real-time. If a developer made a change that modified a dependency, they wanted the rest of the developers to be able to see it quickly and not have to wait until the next day.
