Upgrade the .NET version to compile Platform.Symphony.Soam.NetCore_64.dll to 6.0.

The dll Platform.Symphony.Soam.NetCore_64.dll is compiled with a .NET Framework version (5.0) that is not LTS and is no longer supported since May 10, 2022. This generates build-time alerts. If you can upgrade to version 6.0, that would be great.
