Evals show most recent first

When viewing Evals (e.g. Risk Evals below a Risk), the Evals show in increasing date order. This would be much more useful / waste less time if the ordering was newest to oldest, not oldest to newest (as current).

Categorize/Organize Filters for easier access

Currently the dashboard has drastically increased the requirements for more filters. These filters clutter the user's Gridviews with dozens of filters. It would be nice to be able to categorize filters as 'For Grid View' and 'For Admin/Dashboards'.
