New UI - ability to save Manage Views sort order

There is currently no way to save the sort order in the Manage Views screen. It is very frustrating when working with many views that you have to keep applying the sort order every time you go into Manage Views

Ability to Remove the Dissassociate Button from Views

Users would like the ability to remove the Disassociate Button from the views of all users except Administrators. The Disassociate Button is mistakenly used by the Users, which causes objects to become orphans.

Admin: Allow ability to allow View-only of configuration settings vs. Edit for all

Today if you have access to a particular Administration function, you are able to edit that function. We would like to be able to have a setting that can limit edit capabilities, but allow View of these settings.
