Re-architect to not require permanent storage of userids and passwords for access

The current architecture of Tuning Management Services component of Db2 Query Workload Tuner for z/OS requires a permanent storage of a userid and password in order to facilitate use of QWT. Our shop uses Multi-Factor authentication for human users, and so permanent storage of individual userids and passwords is not realistic. This then poses the additional exposure that a generic userid with a permanent password is stored in order to facilitate use of this product, which goes against our shop's security standards. We'd like the architecture to use similar authentication as Data Studio did, which did not have permanent storage of authentication credentials.
