Why is it useful?
Who would benefit from this IDEA? Users will be able to know their last job run status in their respective timezone itself
How should it work?

Do you have a proposed solution for this problem

1. There should be an option allowing users to choose their desire timezone while scheduling a job

2. The last run column should show the users respective timezone not UTC always

What would be the measurable benefits of the solution be - The solution will enable users know their last run in their respective timezone

What are you doing today to work around the problem - Informed users that this is the default behaviour of watson studio and asked them to match their timezone with the UTC timezone

Last run column in Job always shows in user timezone. Can you confirm which WS version you are using?
