End user notification when added to a WKS instance

Currently a user who is added using the Manage users WKS, does not get notified that they have added to a Workspace.  So they do not know to go to the tooling.  Also, if the user's default bluemix region is not Germany or US South, they have to change the bluemix region to see the service and open it to get to the Launch button,  it would be much simpler if when a user was added to WKS, or assigned an Annotation set that they were notified, and maybe given a direct link to the Workspace in the tool.
