Allow an optional "Callback URL" in "Add Document" Discovery API request

We, frequently, write services to poll Discovery for a document's status after we POST a document for ingestion. If, within the request body, we could include a callback URL for Discovery to asynchronously POST a completion message to, we could cut out a lot of wasteful polling traffic.

Just came across one today - basically it's real-time use-cases.  US Bank wants to make an iPad app to take a picture of a bank statement, analyze it and report on the data in the statement in front of a customer.  Today they would need to repeatedly query or check processing status, but if they could have a call back the app could instantly let them know when the analysis is ready to be done

What are the main use cases that require you to know when a given document has been indexed?
