Delete All Documents API

Right now if you want to delete all documents, you either need to delete the collection (which could mean code changes to point to a new ID), or you need to write a script to delete every document one by one which is time consuming.

    This is an important feature to allow a collection to be refreshed but still retain its configuration and without having to update the business application that is pointing to the collection.

    Instead of an "delete all" function, wouldnt it make more sense to allow the user to delete documents which match a specific query? See my Idea here: https://internal-ibm-watson.ideas.aha.io/ideas/WDS-I-91

API to delete all documents in a collection at once

As of now we have to delete a collection and recreate a new one which then changes the collection id and so we have to update the same in all scripts
