WKC search engine enhacements (including API) for it to be more Google-like

After implementing the WKC in CP4D we've found out that business users don't quite like the search in the UI. They said that they expected some sort of Google-like solution.

As we're in Russia, users expected an automatic transliteration (the search engine understands that the user meant to type in Russian, pushed the correct buttons but had an English layout enabled), search results regarding cases (which we have 6 in Russian - Nominative, Genetive, Dative, Accusative, etc.), search on the "content" of the item, not only on its name, sorting according to the relevancy (1. found at the beginning of the name, 2. found in the middle of the name, 3. found at the end of the name, 4. found in all other attributes inside of an object, etc.), understand and automatically fix grammar/spelling mistakes.

Here are some options that users were expecting to have:

1) Morphological search (Russian, English)

2) Attribute scoring boost (set coefficient for attribute to increase score if smth is found in this attribute)

3) Scoring based on word count

4) Scoring based on word distance

5) Synonyms list that can be modified by the user

6) Stop words list, can be modified by the user

7) Spell check for user search queries API based on search

The same should be relevant for public search API calls.

As a business glossary and a comfortable and functional search is the entry point of business users, we need it to be powerful and easy for understanding. As of right now, it's otherwise we experience an outflow of users as they are not satisfied with their experience.
