[Support Matrix] - Support Windows Server 2016 for management and compute hosts

Windows Server 2016, as the most current incarnation of Windows Server, should be supported for Symphony. The latest Windows version officially supported by Symphony 7.1.0 is Windows 2012 R2.

We were informed by support that we need to log an RFE for this request.

Even if Symphony 7.1.0 will not support Windows Server 2016, we expect any future versions to support this OS.

This RFE's Headline was changed after submission to reflect the headline of an internal request we were already considering, but will now track here.

    Further business justification:

Our current Windows Server 2008 R2 support will end at the end of 2019 and we're planning to upgrade to Windows Server 2016 (RX if available) directly by that time. Currently there is no plan for Symphony to support Windows Server 2016, which will block us for the upgrade.

It cannot be that in the year 2019 customers are forced to install a then 8 year old OS just to please to the middleware. Please ensure that reasonably current OSs are supported by the time of Symphony releases.
