Accept () API to tune Windows 2008 Queue Size - Commerzbank

Windows 2008R2 has non-configurable very small queue size ie 200.
Some temporary workaround patches were to fine tune setting but

To resolve the issue, Commerzbank contacted Microsoft to make the 2008 backlog queue size configurable as in Windows 2003.

Microsoft has come back immediately that we should use the new Windows 2008 Server API Acceptex which manages the backlog itself.

We now need a solution on this issue and may require a patch that changes the way the API acceptex is used.
