Added multicluster collection function

System: LSF Explorer
Actor: system admin
The only tool that can report when configuring a multi-cluster by expanding the cluster is currently Explorer.
Currently, customers are operating in a single cluster size with more than 8,000 nodes, and they are continuously adding computing nodes.
To induce change of configuration environment from single cluster to multi-cluster, and to support cluster reporting
It is necessary to add a function to Explorer to induce the configuration change from a single cluster to multi clusters and to support cluster reporting.
It is thought that this may affect the purchase of additional licenses to LSF.

As previously communicated, we highly recommend the use of Kibana or Grafana to create reports from the LSF data in ElasticSearch.
It is not our intention to expand the built in GUI/report (which are there to provide simple reports) engine as a replacement for Tableau.
