PAC - Continue to show runtime and resource usage after job has completed

In PAC on the Workload page, add the memory and runtime columns. When the job completes the runtime and memory usage is blanked out. We would like to see what the job runtime and resource usage was after job has completed. Normally the memory usage shown is the current memory usage, after the job completes maybe show the max and avg memory usage for the job with a max/avg display. Hovering over the column item can maybe popup a description of what the numbers displayed are (max/avg) if you think the mem values would be confusing for the user.

    Yes, ENABLE_DYNAMIC_JOB_ATTRIBUTES=Y is in pmc.conf

Do you have ENABLE_DYNAMIC_JOB_ATTRIBUTES=Y set in pmc.conf?
This will result in application center querying LSF directly for information that it does not have in the database.
However it can only retrieve information for jobs that are still in LSF memory.
