fairshare policy within a leaf node of fairshare tree based on application type or project or user

Fairshare applies to the leaf level project code (user group) and within a user the jobs are dispatched on the order in which they are submitted . The order can be altered by changing the priority using "-sp" butt his allows only to specify array3 should be dispatched before array1 and array2 but do not have an option to specify say if there are three different arrays from user "X" from the same user group(project) all three arrays has equal number of jobs dispatched .

how the dispatch order can be controlled within a users jobs other than using the –sp which always does the prioritization of jobs and do not provide an option to specify equal fairshare for jobs using same application profile / project or user.

We have considered this request and it would mean changing functionality that the customer base is already using and expecting to remain. As such we are not able to able to implement this.If there is broad interest for this, it can be resubmitted in 18 months.
