HTTPv1 and HTTPv2 coverage in Outgoing Channels

Currently, the HTTP outgoing channel comply with version 1.0 of the http protocol. This is an obsolete version of it and modern versions must be covered as it can crash with customers architectural standards.

For example: http "Host" header is not standardized and not even mandatory in v1.0 but it is in v1.1 and ahead.

Safer Payments HTTP OCC channel is not including the port in the value:

Host: bankhostname.com

instead of :

Host: bankhostname.com:5555

Web servers and proxy servers forward the request to where the "Host" header is pointing and if it is not there it forwards it to default port: 80 and fails responding with a 404 error, resource not found.
