Possibility to execute STARTQ command with "CAPTUREUPTO" option

In high workload environments it would be very useful to let QCapture work on a STARTQ command with predefined end.

Currently this can be done by a STARTQ command and after the SendQ is active a subsequent STOPQ with captureupto.
But if for some reasons you have to start on the Db2 log some hours or days ago and there is a lot of data to send via MQ messages.
It is not possible to submit the STOPQ command as fast as the queues/spaces are full... The queues could be XMIT, local Queue or the general space in MQ.
We need a possibility to tell QCapture to start the processing on the SendQ and stop on point x. x can be a lrsn or timestamp or a number of send messages.
STARTQ=queuename CAPTUREUPTO=lrsn|timestamp|number of messages
