We have the need to replicate data between two applications which are hosted in the same Db2.
The challange was to exchange the data asynchron.
The applications do not want to be disturbed if there is a downtime or problem at the other application site.
Our current workaround (only works for this application):
Implementation of 2 unidirectional QSubs with filters. One Apply only processes Inserts, the other Deletes.
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||Customers who have the request to exchange data asynchron between local tables.|
How should it work?
Our workaround is only for specific kind of exchanging data.
|Priority Justification||Missing in QReplication|
