Allow Secondary ids to be used with the QMF Governor RFE 34073

Oftentimes, you want to restrict or limit users of a particular application or users in a particular section so they cannot excessively use computer resources through QMF. Currently, the QMF governor can restrict access, but each userid must be entered in a DB2 table. Users in a section constantly come and go and it is difficult to accurately maintain this table with the correct information. It would be a lot easier if QMF would be able to utilize RACF groups or secondary ids to control access. In that way, users could be merely added or deleted from the RACF group and modification to DB2 tables could be minimized.
