Disable "i" interactive animation in PA for Excel Options

One of our customers have experienced errors while hovering over these "i" icons and has negatively impacted user experience. 

 

From what I understand, these animations are hosted on IBM Knowledge Center and are relatively heavy which requires some time to load. These animations would also inherit any network performance issues or latency issues. There are a large number of animations within the options panel, and each would take some time to load. 

 

Here's a direct quote from the customer highlighting the impact of this issue:

"At the moment, I have been telling ALL my users to move their mouse AROUND the i icons to prevent the program from "hanging" and getting the remote server error window from popping up.

 

Honestly, I appear a little ridiculous during the training when I have to tell them to mouse ABOVE or BELOW the i icons to get to the different options and my users get a laugh out of it. I do give them an explanation as to why this is happening.

 

I hope IBM development side will look into this and consider improvements as Citrix client install is something that should have been considered as part of the roll out."

 

I'd like to propose a way to disable these "i" animations as this introduces unnecessary clutter, and resource requirements. My argument is that once a user understands what each option does, they wouldn't need to hover over it again. I think it is sufficient to provide text, or a link to the Knowledge center.
