PAX - Request for Commit API for Exploration Views

Currently, there is a Commit API available in PAX for Quick Reports. This allows the use of Excel VBA to commit data to TM1 via an Action Button calling the API. For an Exploration View, there is no Commit API that is available/documented that can be utilized to submit data to TM1.

We are requesting the availability of a Commit API for Exploration Views in PAX. This makes it convenient to write VBA that performs pre-validations before the data is committed to TM1.

Thanks.

While this idea has merit, it has not achieved sufficient community support for us to prioritize it. The emphasis for API will continue to be Quick Reports.
