Key Pair Authentication for snowflake

I am using odbc connector to pull in data from snowflake db to create a process on architect. I provide user name and password to connect to snowflake on odbc setup. Snowflake team insisting on key pair authentication rather to provide user name and password. Key pair authentication is more secured mechanism to connect to db. Is it possible to put in enhancement to enable keypair authentication for planning analytics future releases. Am on PA 2.0.8 on windows.

Next generation TM1 database will introduce an ODBC proxy process. We will consider support for authentication tokens to be stored in the ODBC proxy process in addition to a traditional user name and password.

It's undetermined if the ODBC proxy process architecture will be backported to the current version of TM1 Server.

I've promoted this enhancement request to future consideration. We will track and update as we continue to develop TM1.

We are also including ODATA API endpoints for data movement services on the roadmap. This might end up being the preferred method, over TI processes, to load data into TM1 cubes in the future.
