Backup PAW books

One of our highly valued customers, Aer Lingus, have a planning analytics in the cloud solution about to go live with phase 1 of the solution. This is a very large project with at least 45 users.

On PAW, there are nearly 60 books currently. This figure will increase. A lot of these books are currently been used by the customer to view & input data.

If these books were suddenly lost and couldn't be recovered, the impact to the customer and us would be detrimental.

We are at a critical time in delivering this project and need a solution that would back these books up on a regular basis.

Marked as will not implement. LCM can be used to both migrate and backup/export Workspace books. IBM is looking at enhancing capabilities of LCM to better support backups (e.g larger snapshots and exports).

I've voted for this, begrudgingly.  The fact that PAW content is not considered as part of the content for the DR of a SaaS solution is a significant hole in the operating model for the PA SaaS.  The fact that we are needing to raise a RFE to get IBM to look at it is very concerning.
