Bullet charts need to incorporate both time and versions

Bullet charts should be able to show how a particular metric is tracking over time towards a specific target.

At the moment this is not readily achievable in PAW. In the example screenshot attached, it is not possible to track actual revenues to a specific period, against a full year target of those revenues, for example.

The bullet chart should be able to pickup the current Feb YTD position and display this against a budget figure for the year (red blocks in the screenshot).

It's not possible to do at the moment and an enhancement is therefore requested.

Changed status to Under Review. We will consider this as part of our plan to enhance charts and visualizations.
