For Cloud implementation provide a HDD utilization report per Modeler user

For Cloud implementation provide a HDD utilization report per Modeler user or set a disc quote to monitor or prevent Modeler users from storing large amount of files in their personal profile folders on C: drive on Reach Client tier.

    At this time, we do not have an intention to provide remote desktop disk space utilization reports for Modeler users.

    Modelers should be using the \\data\s folder to save content, and not the remote desktop. the remote desktop is not a part of backups, as per the terms of use.

    Having said that, we are investigating a weekly clean up process to remove files that have been saved on the Remote Desktop, as well as a popup on login that reminds modelers that any content stored on the remote desktop will be deleted at the end of the week.
