The LCM feature is getting a refresh in Q2 2021. There have been significant improvements to usability. However, we are not supporting using LCM on personal content other than the content of the admin using the LCM tool.

We are interesting in improving some usability in Workspace including adding the ability to copy books with options to overwrite, merge, etc. These sort of improvement would be beneficial for LCM. We currently only deploy to the personal folder since we do not have a way to deal with conflicts (deploying on top of a book with the same name).

I've updated the status of this idea to future consideration. Please note that this specific request is not on our 2021 roadmap. We will revisit this request at a later date.
