Currently when performing export from TM1Web, no matter it is Snapshot to Excel or Export to PDF, full workbook got exported.
But some workbook is designed to require multiple sheets in order to create the data relevancy experience, however, not every sheet is required to export out and it is creating unnecessary workload on the web server, as well as the requirement do not need to export EVERY single worksheet from the workbook, we may need only the 2nd sheet because we think the content is something meaningful to discuss further offlined.
Right now it is creating workload as well after exported the workbook, users need to delete the worksheets if it is Snapshot to Excel, or require to first snapshot to Excel then print to PDf again.
Why is it useful?
|Who would benefit from this IDEA?||All users using TM1|
How should it work?
The export dialog should have options to allow user to choose which sheet to export and not everything.
|Priority Justification||It is high because if we try to bulk export or bursting the report, this become impossible for anyone to use|
|Customer Name||Many customers would benefit|
