Support TM1INFO function in rules and TurboIntegrator and support serverversion info

Supporting TM1INFO('serverversion') in TurboIntegrator (and rules) wuold be very useful. This would allow branching logic if a feature was not supported or not working properly in a particular version.

Changed status to not under consideration. This requirement is not aligned with our future containerization strategy. Consider a control cube with a cell value that store a OS type value that can be looked up at runtime.

Yes, along the same lines it would also be nice to have TI function tell you what platform the TM1 database is running on (Windows or Linux) to handle slash characters in filepaths in TI code.
