Good news, we are working on this now. The modeling workbench in Planning Analytics Workspace with Planning Analytics SaaS will include a TM1 server log query interface.

Note that the TM1 REST API endpoints to access the tm1server log content will not return in TM1 v12. The modeling workbench will pull the tm1server log content from a log service that is part of the PA SaaS infrastructure.
