Option to log unsuccessful connection requests

Our customer, a major bank, has information security guidelines which require logging of unsuccessful system access requests (failed logins). This should be able to be achieved by setting the TM1.Login logger to DEBUG.

For clients using the C API this works as expected and both successful and unsuccessful login attempts are logged. However, for connections via the Restful API there is no logging of unsuccessful login attempts. Only successful login attempts appear in the server message log.

If this is not addressed within the PA Local 2.1.x release stream, Planning Analytics will not comply with the information security requirement to log all connection attempts and will no longer be approved for use within the bank.
