Support Pre-Cacheing of MDX Views via ViewConstruct

Currently MDX views are not supported in the ViewConstruct function. Therefore there is no way to pre-cache content that is needed to render explorations and other types of PAW content. This leads to a slow user experience. This issue is made worse when queries are sent to different replicas and each of them has to establish their local cache. The request would allow an MDX query to be executed in TI, forcing the creation of the required stargate views, this improving user experience.

Updated status to 'Future consideration'. Planning Analytics product management will determine if this is possible.

Note that we are examining the possibility of new Turbo Integrator functions that make it much easier to make any REST API calls to the TM1 database that running the Turbo Integrator function. We are planning on addressing the need to leverage API endpoints for the current TM1 database in a much more sensible way then using ExecuteHTTPRequest.
