High Contrast Option in PAW for Color Blind Users - Accessibility Enhancement

I have a user who is struggling with differentiating rows in a cube view and reporting in PAW.  The current white/grey coloring of every other row does not work for the user with color blindness, when trying to differentiate rows in a report over many columns.  Additionally, when selecting a row, the light blue highlight is still a struggle to see properly for this user.  A high contrast option for both the row coloring and for the selected row highlight would be a big quality of life improvement for users with color blindness.

Would like to note that this user has enabled the Windows Accessibility features related to color blindness and that does assist with some colors, however we are not able to see improvement with the white/grey coloring that is the default on PAW.

Set to future consideration. We will ask our design team to examine options for high contrast.

Part of the effort to move to the Carbon design framework is to be able to adopt design changes with minimal development work. We will request design proposals for a high contrast option in Planning Analytics Workspace.
